What is required to be a mentor?

Mentors are either college students or business professionals that are caring, creative and able to share knowledge and experiences with a group of students.

Mentors are expected to meet monthly during the school year with a group of students to discuss topics related to decision making, college preparation and career exploration. No special skills are required, just a willingness to share life experiences.
